With our very first delivery of a bookcase came a request for books that would help the playworkers in the refuge help the children deal with their emotions and the difficult situation they found themselves in. From this request came the set of Family Change books. All these books are purchased new for each refuge with money kindly donated by lovely generous people like yourself. Each book has a sticker with the name of the person who donated the money for it and a reminder to keep it safe. This set is constantly evolving as we find new books or titles go out of print. Most cost about £5.99-7.99 each with only the 2 workbooks being £17.99 but these 2 books are so worth the money.
The children in Anglesey came up with this lovely artwork after a group session with The Huge Bag of Worries by Virginia Ironside which is a title loved by children and adults alike.
